besthdelectronics.com review
more Update!
besthdelectronics.com does no longer exists!
It is bound though the developers to have opened new scam shopping sites
extreme CAUTION is advised
http://besthdelectronics.com
is so cheap because it most probably is a scam site
It is also posing as thdelectronics and thdelectronics but the link leads to the scam page
Scam site is its sister site http://kgadgets.co.uk (is offline at the moment) since these two have so much in common there must be others out there too. If you find any you are more than welcome to post it in the comments.
extreme CAUTION is advised
Why?
1. not many results on google with its name. (try play.com for comparison)
2. Says its 10 years in business yet web-site copyright only since 2005
3. Asks for credit card details before providing shipping / delivery cost.
4. Too good to be true prices.
5. No contact telephone or address is provided
6. Site registered on 8/29/2010
7. Whois Lookup
8. Discussion on the matter
9. They do not respond in emails send with their system

100% Scam site, NO contact number?, NO Company address? NO P&P info?, come on mate, how stupid do you think we are????
ReplyDeleteTony H, since you got into all this trouble to make a profile today just to make this extraordinary comment, I feel obliged to tell you that stupidity was not mentioned in this post up until now.
ReplyDeleteI thought he was agreeing with you!
ReplyDeletethen I must have misunderstood.
ReplyDeleteApologies.
thanks for the info mate. i was 99% sure that it was a scam site, but now i am 100% !! :)
ReplyDeletethe problem is that there must be more out there...
ReplyDeletethere was at least an other one which is offline now.
I am glad this blog is helpful
Absolutely a scam the only company operating at that address is American express...
ReplyDeleteIf you see a deal that's too good to be true then it probably is!
yea, but isn't that a shame?
ReplyDeleteI mean, I am all in for good deals!
I purchased some headphones from www.direct-techs.co.uk. This was after it came up in a Google Shopping result. In hindsight, it seemed too cheap to be true, but I paid online and despite several emails, no response. Spoken to my credit card company, who say that Direct Techs have not charged me (yet). They seem to be related to besthdelectronics.com. So, beware of Direct-techs.co.uk. No telephone no on their website - surely they are a scam?
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know.
ReplyDeleteI suggest you cancel the card you paid with even if they have not charge you just to be sure!
I placed an order for an SX115 Epson multi printer (£29.33) using my visa. I received an invoice confirmation with an order ref No but there was no delivery information. I tried to track the order without any success and sent an email requesting info. again without response the phone no. given on the invoice was not reccognised either. feeling concerned I contacted the Visa Co and was told that no transaction was made for the amount nor the company name showed up. I was advised that I should "Keep an eye on my statements" for any irregularities
ReplyDeleteOthers have reported that there was no actual transactions after they "bought" something from this site, so I cannot imagine what they do with the information they collect but I would assume that nothing good can come out of it.
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion would be to cancel the card and get a replacement just in case.
Why are these people allowed to continue advertising on the net.
ReplyDeleteNo telephone no. No business registration, no business address, No VAT no. Then they should not be allowed to post, Simples!
Internet has its bright side and its dark side. Just like people:)
ReplyDeletefor those that say they didn't get billed, after buying something from this page, Gizmodo just uploaded an article about websites that sell stolen credit card numbers
ReplyDeletegizmodo_article
So once again I suggest all those who provided their details to cancel their cards.
WHY OH WHY OH WHY is this site allowed to operate? Come on world regulate yourself and remove the misery-makers from our otherwise civilised society!
ReplyDeleteI would say, it is allowed to operate as other things operate, trafficking, drugs, all kinds of crime is "allowed" to exist. All one can do is be careful.
ReplyDeleteBesides if the "misery-makers" were to be removed overnight,I think others would follow their steps. Not to mention that misery may have a variety of causes but all this is a whole different matter
Had similar issues with BestHDElectronics take all the details then "order declined" the phone number on the invoice is unknown
ReplyDeleteCard company say as transaction was not passed to a secure pay point no money was taken although the CC has now had to be stopped
Best advice keep well away from this place
also worth a look at

Rejoice Everyone.
ReplyDeletebesthdelectronics.com Is no more!
Be careful everyone, more fraud shopping sites will come online!
I've had similar experience to others. bought item on 22/9 printed invoice which said "declined" nothing received, tried website to contact them today but it seems to have disappeared
ReplyDeleteI would suggest to cancel the card right now.
ReplyDeleteAt least they will not be scamming anyone else through that, and hopefully we will spot the next one early
